New Zealand Indoor Bowls

Okay kiddo, do you know what bowls are? They're like big round balls that you roll on the ground to try to get them as close as possible to a smaller ball called the jack.

Indoor bowls is just like regular bowls, but it's played inside on a special mat. Instead of grass like outside, the mat is flat and smooth, kind of like a big carpet.

In New Zealand, lots of people love playing indoor bowls. They usually play in teams, and the game is called a "match." Each team takes turns rolling their bowls towards the jack, and they try to get as many of their bowls as close to the jack as they can.

The team with the most bowls closest to the jack at the end of the game wins! And that's how you play New Zealand indoor bowls, in a nutshell.
