Newport sex scandal

So, there were some people who worked at this place called the Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island. They were in charge of teaching important things to people who work in the military. But then some people found out that some of those teachers were doing bad things.

It turns out that some of the teachers were having sex with their students and doing other things that were not allowed because it was against the rules and against the law. This made a lot of people very unhappy and upset because these teachers were supposed to be good role models and teach their students how to be good people.
