Nonlocal operator

The nonlocal operator is like a special rule or code that computers use to compare data. It helps a computer look at two things and tell if they're the same or different. For example, if you give a computer two pictures of a dog, it can tell if the pictures show the same dog, or two different dogs, using the nonlocal operator.
