Norfolk (UK Parliament constituency)

Norfolk is a place in England where people live and work. In a country called the United Kingdom, there are people who are in charge of making rules and decisions for the whole country. These people are called politicians and they work in a place called Parliament.

Norfolk is also an area that has its own politician that represents the people who live there in Parliament. This politician is called a Member of Parliament (MP) and their job is to speak for the people of Norfolk and make decisions that will help them.

The people who live in Norfolk get to vote and choose who they want to be their MP. This happens every few years and it's like choosing a captain for a sports team. The person who gets the most votes becomes the MP and gets to go to Parliament to make decisions.

The Norfolk constituency is complicated because it's made up of lots of smaller areas called constituencies. Each of these smaller areas has its own MP but together they make up the Norfolk constituency.

So, to summarize, Norfolk is a place in England and it has an MP in Parliament. The people who live there get to vote every few years to choose their MP. The Norfolk constituency is made up of lots of smaller areas with their own MPs. The MPs work together to represent the people of Norfolk in Parliament.
