ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

North wind

Okay, so there's this thing called wind. You know how sometimes you can feel the wind blowing through your hair and it makes the leaves on the trees move? Well, the North Wind is a specific type of wind that comes from the direction of the North Pole.

When the Earth spins around on its axis, it creates something called a Coriolis effect. This effect makes the winds move in different directions depending on where you are on the Earth. So, in the Northern Hemisphere, the winds that come from the north are called the North Wind.

The North Wind is usually cold and can make you feel chilly if you're outside in it. It can also bring snow and other types of winter weather, depending on where you live.

But don't worry too much about the North Wind. Just bundle up in warm clothes if you're going outside on a cold day, and you'll be just fine.
