Object point

An object point is a special spot on a physical object that helps us to understand where that object is located. It’s like when you play hide and seek and someone says “warmer, warmer” when you get closer to the person who is hiding. The object point lets us know where we are in relationship to the object, almost like a GPS for that object. It can be any spot on the object that is easily identifiable, like a corner or a bump. Imagine you’re playing with a toy car and you want to park it in a specific spot. You might use the little antenna on top of the car as the object point to help you make sure that it’s parked in the right place. Object points are important for things like creating maps, making buildings, and even just playing games.
