Ochlocracy is a form of government where the people have too much power, and there's no single leader. Imagine everyone in a family has their own way of doing things, and then everyone decides together. That's ochlocracy. It can be good, because everyone is involved and contributes to the decisions, but it can also be chaotic, because no one is in charge.
