Ocular tremor

Dear little one, ocular tremor is when your eyeballs shake or move back and forth very quickly. This can happen because of different reasons like neurological conditions, drug use, or an unsteady gaze.

Your eyes have tiny muscles that help control where your gaze is. For most people, these muscles work very stable and keep their eyes still, but in some cases they can start to shake or tremble. This can make seeing things clearly really hard and cause a lot of discomfort or headaches.

If you ever feel like your eyes are moving too much or making it hard for you to see things properly, it's always best to talk to a grown-up or medical professional who can help figure out what's happening and how to fix it.
