Oil depletion

Oil depletion is when the Earth's oil reserves are running out. It happens because when we use oil for things like running cars and trucks and heating homes, the oil is gone forever and we cannot get it back. When oil begins to run out, we have to find another source of energy to use instead. This means we have to find ways to use less energy and find new sources of energy, like solar energy or wind energy.
