Online banking is when you use the internet to do banking things on the computer or phone instead of going to the bank. It’s like having a little bank inside your computer! When you log onto your online banking account, you can do all sorts of things like checking how much money you have in your account, paying your bills, transferring money to your friends or family, or even depositing checks by taking a picture of them with your phone! You can also set up alerts to tell you when your account balance goes too low or when someone deposits money into your account. You have to be careful though and keep your password secret so no one else can log into your account and take your money. It’s really easy and convenient to use online banking, but make sure you always protect your account and only use it with trusted websites and apps!
