Ontological pluralism is an idea that there is more than one kind of "truth", or that there are different ways of understanding the world. It means that we don't just have one way of looking at things, but many different ways. For example, if you asked many different people what they thought the color red was, they would all have their own thoughts and opinions, and there is no one "correct" answer. We can accept that different people have different views and that they can all be right in their own way.
