OpenFog Consortium

The OpenFog Consortium is a group of people and organizations who have come together to make sure that technologies that are important in the world of fog and cloud computing work together. Fog computing is when computing or data is done on devices that are located at the edge of the network (like on the devices of people in a company), rather than on a large centralized server in the cloud. The Consortium wants to make sure that when devices use cloud computing, it works well with fog computing, so that everyone can access the data or services they need.
