Operation Murambatsvina

Operation Murambatsvina was when the government of Zimbabwe decided to destroy homes and businesses in certain areas of the country. They did this because they thought there were too many people living in these areas and they wanted to make the cities look better. They also said they wanted to get rid of illegal businesses and people who were not following the rules.

But the problem was that many of the people who lived in these areas did not have anywhere else to go. They were forced to leave their homes and businesses and had no place to stay. This made them very sad and upset.

Many people spoke out against Operation Murambatsvina and said it was not fair to treat people this way. They wanted the government to do something to help the people who were affected by the operation.

In the end, the government did offer some assistance to those who had lost their homes and businesses. But many people were still very unhappy and thought that more should have been done to help them.
