Opinion piece

An opinion piece is something that someone writes to express their own thoughts and feelings about something. It's usually found in newspapers or magazines, but can also be on websites.

Imagine you and your friend both have a favorite color. You might write a letter to your newspaper to tell everyone why your favorite color is the best. That's an opinion piece!
