Order fulfillment

Order fulfillment means getting the items a customer has ordered to them as quickly and correctly as possible. This means that when a customer orders something, like a shirt or a toy, someone has to get the item from the store and get it to the customer. They do this by packing it up and sending it either to the customer's home or to wherever the customer asked for it to be delivered. The goal is to always deliver the item on time and in the same condition as when it left the store.
