Order of St. Luke

Well kiddo, the Order of St. Luke is a group of people who believe in Jesus and the power of prayer to heal people who are sick. They wear a special badge with a picture of St. Luke, who was a doctor and also wrote one of the books in the Bible. They use their prayers to ask God to help heal people who are sick or hurting in some way. Just like when we ask God to help us feel better when we have a boo-boo, the Order of St. Luke believes that by praying for people who are really sick, they can help them feel better too. It's kind of like asking God to give them a big hug and make them feel better. They also work with doctors and nurses to give people the best possible care.
