Organisational capital

Organisational capital is the resources that a business or organisation has that give them an advantage when competing with other companies. It includes things like the skills and knowledge of the people who work there, the technology and machines used in their processes, and the relationships that the organisation has with people and other businesses outside of the organisation. All of these things can be used to help a company be successful and make more money.
