Organization of Ibero-American States

Okay, so you know how you have friends that are from different places? Well, countries have friends too, and they like to work together to help each other out. In Ibero-America, which is made up of countries from both Europe and the Americas, some of these countries decided to create an organization to work together even more closely. This organization is called the Ibero-American States, or sometimes just called the "Ibero-American Community".

It's kind of like a club where the countries get together to talk and do things together. They have meetings called "Summits" where all the leaders of the countries meet up to talk about different things. They talk about things like education, culture, science, and technology.

Now, the Ibero-American States also have different people that help run the organization. They have a secretariat that manages and coordinates all of the work that the countries do together. Think of it like a teacher who helps organize a club. They also have different committees and groups that focus on different topics like gender equality or indigenous peoples.

The organization also has a symbol that represents them. It's kind of like a logo that you see for different companies. It has a big letter "I" on it, representing Ibero-America, and it's in the colors of blue and gold.

So to sum it up, the Ibero-American States is like a club for countries in Europe and the Americas to work together and help each other. They have meetings, committees, and groups, and they even have a symbol that represents them!
