Organizational ombudsman

An organization ombudsman is someone who people in an organization can go to if they have a complaint about the way things are being done. The ombudsman listens to their complaint and looks into it to see if it's true, and if it is, then the ombudsman tries to help find a solution. The ombudsman’s job is to make sure everyone is being fair and following the rules in the organization.
