ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Organizational studies

Organizational studies is like learning about a big group of people who work together for a common goal, like in a school or a business. We learn about how these people communicate with each other, how they make decisions together, and how they work as a team to get things done. It's like studying how an ant colony works, except with humans! Sometimes, people study how to make the organization work better, and sometimes they study how people behave in these groups. It's a way to see how people can work better together so that everyone can be successful.
