Ornithocheirus

Ornithocheirus is a big flying animal that lived a very long time ago, even before the time of the dinosaurs. It has a very long and pointy nose that helps it catch fish to eat.

It also has very big wings that it flaps to fly in the sky. Sometimes it can fly for a very long time without stopping! But it can't walk on the ground very well because its legs are kind of short and not very strong.

Scientists who study fossils have found bones from this animal and they use them to figure out what it looked like and how it moved. Even though we can't see it now, we can learn a lot about it from these fossils.
