Orthopathy

Orthopathy, also known as naturopathy, is a way of looking after your body to keep it healthy. It's like taking care of a garden by giving it the right amount of water and sunlight, and pulling out the weeds.

Just like gardens need certain things to grow, our bodies need certain things too. This includes eating healthy food, getting enough rest, exercise, and keeping our minds happy and positive.

Orthopathy also believes that illnesses are caused by imbalances in the body, and that the body has the power to heal itself if we give it the right tools. This can include things like herbal remedies and natural therapies.

In summary, orthopathy is like being a good gardener for your body, making sure it has everything it needs to stay healthy and fighting off sickness.
