Otto Reich

Otto Reich was a diplomat who served in the United States government. He was appointed by President George W. Bush in 2002 as the Special Envoy for Western Hemisphere Affairs, which means he was responsible for helping to improve relationships between the United States and the countries in the Western Hemisphere, like Mexico, Canada, and many other Latin American countries. He worked to fight against drug trafficking and spread democracy, human rights, and economic opportunities. Potter had to work with foreign governments and other organizations to help improve the relationship between the United States and the countries in the Western Hemisphere.
