ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Outsourced (film)

"Outsourced" is a movie that tells a story about a man named Todd who works in America selling novelty products over the phone. His company decides to outsource his job to India, which means other people far away will be doing his job instead. Todd then has to go to India to train his replacements so the company can save money. When Todd goes to India, he experiences a lot of different things that are new to him like new types of food, language, culture, and customs. The movie shows how Todd learns to understand and respect the culture of India and how he learns to work with his new team, despite the language and cultural differences. The movie teaches us that even if we are different from others, if we respect and try to understand them, we can still work together and achieve great things.
