PCASTL

Pcastl stands for Personalized Cell-Type-Specific Transcriptional Landscapes. It’s a tool used by scientists to better understand how genes are expressed in different types of cells. With this tool, scientists can take a closer look at how different groups of genes work together in a particular cell type. By doing so, researchers can better understand how cells work and how disease and other conditions can be better treated. Pcastl is a very helpful tool for scientists because it helps them see which genes are important for a certain cell type in a more detailed way.
