ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

PDCA

PDCA is a way to make things better by following a circle. PDCA stands for "Plan, Do, Check, Act."

First, you make a plan. Think about what you want to do and how you can do it. This could be anything, like how to keep your room clean or how to make a cake.

Next, you do the plan. This is when you put your plan into action. You clean your room or bake the cake.

After you do the plan, you check to see what worked well and what didn't. Did cleaning the room really make it look better? Did the cake turn out how you wanted it to?

Finally, you act on what you learned. If something didn't work out, you can change your plan next time you try. Maybe you will try a different cleaning method or a different recipe for the cake.

And then you go back to the beginning and start the circle again. You make a new plan based on what you learned, do it, check how it went, and act on it. And you keep doing this over and over again to keep improving.
