ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Pakistani nationalism

Pakistani nationalism is a feeling of love and loyalty that people in Pakistan have for their country. It means that they are proud to be Pakistani and want the best for their country.

Imagine that you have a very special toy that you love very much because it is yours. You take care of it, and when someone else tries to take it away from you, you feel upset because you feel like they are trying to take away a part of you. That feeling of love and protectiveness you have for your toy is kinda like how people in Pakistan feel about their country.

People in Pakistan have different backgrounds and beliefs, but they come together to celebrate their love for their country. They have a special flag, a national anthem, and important holidays like Pakistan Day to show their pride.

When people feel a sense of Pakistani nationalism, they also feel a responsibility to take care of their country and make it better. They may help their community, follow the laws of the country, and work towards a brighter future for all Pakistanis.
