Palacio de Sal

The Palacio de Sal is a really cool hotel that was built in Bolivia. It's made entirely out of salt! That's right, salt! The walls, the floors, even the furniture are all made out of salt.

So, imagine you went to the beach and you took a bucket full of sand and then built a house out of it. That is kind of what they did with salt at the Palacio de Sal.

But how did they build it? Well, they got big blocks of salt that were found nearby and piled them up. Then they used water that they pumped from a nearby lake to stick the salt blocks together. And voila, they had a hotel made entirely out of salt!

Now, you might be wondering why anyone would want to stay at a hotel made of salt. Well, it's really unique and people love to visit unusual places. Plus, the salt is really good for your health and skin, so a lot of people go there to relax and enjoy the spa.

So, if you ever go to Bolivia, be sure to check out the Palacio de Sal and experience what it's like to sleep, eat, and relax in a place made entirely out of salt!
