ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Paleo-Sardinian language

Paleo-Sardinian is a language that was spoken a very long time ago in the country called Sardinia. It's a language that we don't hear people speaking anymore, and that's because new languages have been taking its place. It is really interesting to look back at old languages like Paleo-Sardinian, because they help us to understand how different cultures used to communicate with each other and how different words were used in the past. This is like looking at history in a new way.
