Paleolithic diet

The Paleolithic diet is a way of eating that focuses on food that humans ate during the Paleolithic era, which is the time before farming began, about 10,000 years ago. During this time, people ate mostly meats, fish, fruits, and vegetables, and did not eat grains, processed foods, or dairy. The idea is that eating like our ancestors ate is healthier than eating foods that were introduced more recently. The Paleolithic diet includes all kinds of nutritious foods like lean meats, fish, fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds. By avoiding refined and processed foods, people on the Paleolithic diet stay healthier and can even lose weight.
