Palo Duro Canyon

Palo Duro Canyon is a place where the land dips down really deep to form a big hole in the ground. It's like a giant bowl with really tall walls made of layers of colorful rocks that look like stripes. People like to go there to see the pretty views, hike or ride bikes on the trails, and even have fun camping outside. Sometimes animals like deer and birds live there too, so it's important to be quiet and not disturb them. Just remember to wear sunscreen and bring lots of water because it can get really hot and dry!
