Panda diplomacy

Panda Diplomacy is when countries give a special gift of two pandas to another country that they are friends with. The pandas are given as a sign of friendship and to show that the countries have a close relationship. When countries give pandas to each other, it shows that they trust each other and are making a special effort to become even better friends.
