Pareto efficiency

Pareto efficiency is when something can't be made any better for one group without making it worse for another group. Think about a game between two people. Pareto efficiency happens when one player can't win anymore without the other player losing something. So whatever the outcome is, neither player can make things better for themselves without making things worse for the other player.
