Patricia Hill Collins is a really smart lady who studies how different people can have different experiences because of their race, gender, and where they come from. She wants people to understand that just because someone is different from you, it doesn't mean they are less important or less valuable. She thinks that everyone should be respected and given a fair chance to succeed in life.
