Paul Manafort

Paul Manafort is a grown-up who is in big trouble with the law. He used to work for important people like presidents and politicians. But he did some things that were against the law, like not paying taxes and lying to the government. This is very bad and against the rules. So the grown-ups who make sure everyone follows the rules, called the police, and they caught him. Now he has to go to court to see if he will get in trouble for what he did.
