Penal Reform International

Penal Reform International (PRI) is an organization that helps make sure that people who break the law are treated fairly and humanely when they are punished. This organization works all over the world to make sure that prisons and other places where people are punished are safe and fair for everyone involved.

PRI helps governments and other organizations make sure that people who break the law are given a fair trial, that their rights are protected while they are in jail, and that they are not mistreated or abused while they are being punished. PRI also helps to educate people about why it is important to treat people who have broken the law with respect and dignity, even if they have done something wrong.

Through their work, PRI hopes to make the criminal justice system more fair and effective for everyone involved, including the people who have been punished for breaking the law, their families, and the communities in which they live.
