Pentakis dodecahedron

Okay, so imagine you have a big, fancy dice. But instead of having only six sides, it has twelve sides! And not just any shape, each side is shaped like a pentagon, which is a shape with five straight sides that all connect to each other.

Now imagine that you take that 12-sided die and add five little triangles to each of its sides. So now, each of the 12 pentagon sides has five little triangles attached to it.

Now, if you did all that (and did it well), what you would have made is something called a pentakis dodecahedron! It's a 3D shape that has twelve pentagon sides, with five little triangles attached to each side.
