Pepper jelly

You know how sometimes you put jelly on toast or bread? Well, pepper jelly is a special kind of jelly made from peppers that are a little bit spicy.

The peppers are cooked with sugar and pectin (a special ingredient that helps the jelly become thick and spreadable) to make a nice sweet and spicy jelly.

You can use pepper jelly in lots of yummy ways, like spreading it on crackers or bread, putting it on top of cream cheese or eating it with meat like chicken, pork or beef.

Pepper jelly can come in different flavors, like jalapeno, habanero or even mixed with fruits like peach or raspberry. It's a fun and tasty way to add a little kick to your food!
