Periodic table

The periodic table is like a big chart that helps us learn about all the different kinds of atoms that make up the things in the world all around us. Atoms are the very tiny bits that everything is made out of, and all atoms are made up of even tinier parts called protons, neutrons, and electrons. In the periodic table, the elements are listed in order of how many protons they have. Each element also has a special name and a special symbol that tells us what it is.
