Phratry

Phratry is a big group of people that is made up of smaller groups of people who are related to each other. Think of it like a team made up of many smaller teams, like a basketball team made up of players who all come from different schools. These smaller groups are called clans or families, and they all work together as a part of the bigger group. Sometimes these bigger groups would work together to do important things like farming, hunting or fighting with other groups. So, phratry is like a big family made up of many smaller families or groups of people who work together towards a common goal.
