Many stories and songs have been written about pigs, from the story of the three little pigs to the nursery rhyme "This Little Piggy". Pigs have even become popular characters in movies and cartoons, like Babe the pig and Peppa Pig.

Overall, pigs are important in many different cultures, and have been for a really long time. Whether they're considered lucky or unclean, people all around the world eat and use pigs in lots of different ways.
