Pine Gap

Pine Gap is a remote Australian desert area where there is a secret military base. This base is run by Australia and the United States and its main purpose is to spy on other countries and collect information about them. The base has lots of satellite dishes, which help it pick up signals from other countries, and it has computers to process this information. The information is then shared between Australia and the United States.
