Planned Unit Development

Planned Unit Developments (PUD) are special communities that have a mix of different types of buildings, like homes, businesses, and parks. The buildings are planned and built together as one large project instead of being built separately. This means that the roads, homes, and parks are all planned together to make the area look better and work better. PUDs usually come with lots of nice features like pools, playgrounds, and play areas for kids. They can even have walking paths and bike paths for people to stay active and healthy.
