Poisson–Boltzmann equation

The Poisson–Boltzmann equation is like a math equation used to describe how electric charge moves through water. It helps us understand how particles interact with each other in an electric field and shows how the charges rearrange. Think of it like this: suppose you have two balloons, one full of positive charges (like little balls with plus signs) and one full of negative charges (like little balls with minus signs). Now, when you fill up a bathtub with water, how will the two balloons of charges interact with each other? The Poisson–Boltzmann equation can help us figure out what happens.
