Poisson–Lie group

A Poisson–Lie group is a type of group that is like a pot of stew! In the stew, all of the ingredients are stirred around and combined to make one tasty meal. In Poisson–Lie groups, all of the ingredients are numbers or equations. The Poisson–Lie group combines all of the numbers and equations to give us a set of abilities or properties that we can use to solve problems. For example, if you have a complicated math problem, then using a Poisson–Lie group can make it easier to solve!
