Polhode

Polhode is a special type of motion of an object in space. Imagine if you have a toy car, and it's spinning around in a circle on the floor. It's going in a circle, but it's also flipping over itself at the same time. This is called polhode motion. Basically, the car is spinning around on itself and it's also flipped over at the same time, like a rotating top.
