Post-Soviet conflicts

Post-Soviet conflicts are disputes between countries that all used to be part of the same country called the Soviet Union. The Soviet Union was a big country made up of a lot of different regions that each had their own culture, language, and traditions. After the Soviet Union broke apart in 1991, these regions became independent countries. Sometimes these countries don't agree on what to do and they argue and fight, leading to conflict.
