Postal administration

Do you know that when you send a letter or a package to someone who lives far away, it has to travel through different cities and countries to reach that person? That's where the postal administration comes in.

A postal administration is like a big group of people who help to make sure that letters and packages get delivered safely and on time. They have special offices called post offices where people can go to send mail or collect their mail from a mailbox.

In order to send a letter, you have to put it in an envelope and put a stamp on it. The stamp is like a little sticker that tells the postal administration how much it should cost to send your letter. The postal administration then takes your letter and puts it in a big bag with lots of other letters and packages.

The big bag of letters and packages then gets taken to the airport, where it is put onto a plane. The plane flies to different cities and countries, and at each stop, the postal administration takes out the letters and packages for that area and sends them to the local post office.

The local post office sorts the letters and packages into different piles based on where they need to be delivered. The postman then goes around to all the houses and businesses in the area, delivering the letters and packages.

So, in simple terms, the job of the postal administration is to make sure that letters and packages get from one place to another safely and on time. They use stamps to know how much the letter should cost, they put them in bags, planes and post them to local post offices which sort the letters and deliver them to the right people.
