Potato bread

Potato bread is bread that's made using potatoes instead of just regular flour. So, it turns out a bit differently than your normal bread.

You see, when you mix the potatoes with flour, the potatoes give the bread a softer texture than normal bread, which makes it really yummy to eat. It also makes the bread more moist and flavorful because the potatoes add some flavor too.

Usually, people use mashed potatoes to make potato bread. Just like when you mash potatoes up for Thanksgiving dinner! But instead of adding butter and gravy, you mix the mashed potatoes with flour, some sugar, and some yeast (which makes the bread rise).

After you've mixed everything together, you let the dough rise for a while, and then put it in the oven to bake. And voila! You have delicious potato bread, perfect for toast or sandwiches.
