Poverty porn

Poverty porn is when people take pictures or videos of poor people and put them on the internet or in movies for other people to look at. It might make the people who see it feel sorry for the poor people or want to help them, but it's not really fair to the poor people because they didn't give permission for their picture to be taken and they might not want it to be seen by other people. It's kind of like when you're playing with your toys and someone takes a picture of you while you're not looking and then shows it to everyone without asking you first. It's not very nice and it's not fair to you.
